Hire Me
AI Adoption Mentoring with Liam Cornell
AI tools are everywhere now, but using them well is a different story. A lot of people test ChatGPT, try a few image generators, open some automation tools — and then stop because nothing really fits into their daily work.
That is where I can help.
I’m Liam Cornell, the person behind AIReviewLab. I test AI tools, compare them, build small workflows and explain what is actually useful in plain language. You can hire me as a mentor or coach if you want to understand how AI can support your work, your team or your business without turning everything into a complicated tech project.
Who This Is For
Practical AI help for real work
My mentoring is for people who want to use AI tools more confidently, but do not want vague advice like “just automate everything.”
I can help:
- freelancers who want to save time on writing, research, content or admin tasks;
- small business owners who want to understand where AI can help operations;
- marketing teams that need better AI
- workflows for content and campaigns;
- creators who want to use AI for ideas, visuals, editing or planning;
- consultants and coaches who want to add AI into client work;
- small teams that need a simple AI adoption plan.
You do not need to be technical. The whole point is to make AI useful, understandable and realistic.
How My Mentoring Works
Simple, practical and based on your tasks
I do not start with a generic AI lecture. I start with your work.
First, we look at what you do during a normal week. Then we identify tasks that are repetitive, slow, messy or easy to improve. After that, we choose a small set of tools and create practical ways to use them.
A typical session may include:
- reviewing your current workflow;
- choosing AI tools for specific tasks;
- creating reusable prompts;
- testing outputs together;
- improving the workflow;
- setting simple rules for review and quality control.
You leave with something usable, not just theory.
What I Can Help With
01
AI Tool Selection
There are hundreds of AI tools, and most people do not need most of them. I can help you choose tools based on your actual tasks: writing, research, design, coding, documents, meetings, automation, customer support or marketing.
We will look at what you do now, where you lose time and which tools make sense for your workflow.
02
Prompt Coaching
Good prompts are not magic. They are clear instructions. I can help you create prompt templates for your recurring tasks: emails, blog outlines, client reports, research summaries, social posts, product descriptions, internal documents or brainstorming.
The goal is not to memorize “perfect prompts.” The goal is to build prompts you can reuse.
03
Workflow Design
AI becomes more useful when it is part of a workflow. I can help you map simple processes like:
- turning notes into summaries;
- creating content briefs;
- rewriting drafts;
- processing client requests;
- summarizing calls;
- building simple automation steps;
- organizing research;
- creating repeatable content systems.
04
AI for Content and Marketing
If you create content, AI can help a lot — but it can also make everything sound generic. I can help you use AI for ideas, outlines, first drafts, editing, repurposing and content planning while keeping your voice and quality control.
This is useful for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, social content and SEO workflows.
05
AI Automation Basics
You do not need a huge automation system to start. I can help you identify small repetitive tasks that can be supported with tools like AI assistants, no-code automation platforms, spreadsheets, documents and workspace tools.
The focus is simple: save time without creating a fragile mess.
06
Team AI Onboarding
If your team is curious about AI but unsure where to begin, I can help create a beginner-friendly onboarding session. We can cover tool basics, safe usage, prompt examples, practical workflows and rules for review.
This works well for small teams that want a clear starting point.
Mentoring Formats
One-Time AI Strategy Session
A focused session for people who want to understand where AI can help them right now. We look at your tasks, choose practical tools and create a simple action plan.
Best for: freelancers, founders, solo professionals, beginners.
AI Workflow Coaching
A more hands-on format where we build or improve a specific workflow. This can be content production, research, client communication, internal documentation, marketing planning or automation.
Best for: people who already use AI but want better structure.
Team Training
A practical introduction to AI tools for small teams. I explain what tools can do, where to be careful, how to write better prompts and how to use AI without lowering quality.
Best for: small companies, marketing teams, agencies, consultants.
AI Tool Audit
If you are already paying for several AI tools and are not sure what is worth keeping, I can review your stack. We will look at what each tool does, where it overlaps and what you actually need.
Best for: teams with too many tools and no clear system.
What You Can Expect
No hype, no complicated jargon
I will not tell you that AI will solve every problem. It will not.
I will help you find realistic places where AI can reduce friction: faster drafts, cleaner summaries, better research organization, easier planning, useful automations and repeatable workflows.
You can expect:
- clear explanations;
- practical examples;
- tool recommendations based on your needs;
- prompt templates you can reuse;
- honest feedback on what is not worth automating;
- a simple plan you can actually follow.
What I Do Not Do
A few honest boundaries
I do not offer miracle systems, fully automated businesses or “AI will replace your whole team” advice.
I also do not recommend blindly publishing AI-generated content, using AI outputs without review or uploading sensitive data into random tools. Good AI use still needs human judgment, privacy awareness and quality control.
My approach is practical: use AI where it helps, review what it produces and keep the workflow understandable.
Why Work With Me?
I test tools like a user, not like a vendor
AIReviewLab is built around practical testing. I look at AI tools from the user’s side: is this easy, useful, annoying, limited, overpriced, clever, or actually worth keeping?
That same approach shapes my mentoring. I will not push a tool just because it is popular. I care about whether it fits your task.
The goal is simple: help you use AI in a way that saves time, improves work and does not create more confusion.

Start small. Make AI useful.
You do not need a massive AI transformation plan. You need one useful workflow, one clear tool setup and a better way to work with prompts. If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk.
